Here are the conditions of entry which apply to ABTA’s competition.  Please read them carefully, as they contain important information you should know.

Who’s running the competition?
The promoter is ABTA Ltd (551311) of 30 Park Street, London, SE1 9EQ, United Kingdom.

Information about the prize and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. These conditions of entry may change from time to time without notice.

The entry period is from 11:00 2 February 2026 to 23:59 28 February 2026.    

The competition is hosted on www.abta.com.
 
By entering the competition participants are subject to ABTA’s privacy notice, which can be found at ABTA’s privacy notice. 

These conditions of entry are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.

Can I enter?
This prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age in UK only. You won’t be eligible to take part if you, your immediate family (including parents, children, siblings, partner and grandparents) or housemates are directors, managers, employees, officers or contractors of ABTA Ltd or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

How do I enter?
Entry is free, you don’t have to buy anything to enter or win. 

To enter, you need to:
1. Follow ABTA’s Instagram account - @ABTAlovetravel
2. Comment on our post sharing the holiday you’ve booked (or hope to book)
3. Tag your travel buddy

After completing the entry requirements, you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speakers. 

We will hold your entry as your submission until the end of the competition so we can pick the winner and get in touch via Instagram. 

How do we pick the winner?
We will pick a winner at random from entrants who entered correctly, by meeting all the entry requirements. The random selection is final, and no discussions will be entered into with any other persons. We will pick a winner by 17 March 2026.

ABTA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the competition or is generally damaging to the reputation of ABTA, or has otherwise breached these conditions of entry (as determined by ABTA in its sole discretion). 

ABTA can cancel or modify the giveaway if there are compelling technical or administrative reasons which we cannot control. If that happens, ABTA may select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received at that time.

What can I win?
Three lucky people will win a Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speakers each.

How do I find out if I won?
We will contact the winners by 17 February 2026 by messaging them on their Instagram profile. We’ll then sort out any details required for the prize with the winners such as asking for their email address or home address to send them their prize. By entering you confirm that you have no objections to us contacting you by Instagram, if you are a winner.

If you do win…
You can’t exchange the prize for cash or ask us to give it to someone else. 

We will use reasonable efforts to award the prize as described but if we are unable to do that, we may substitute it either for cash or another prize of comparable value, but we’ll decide which.
You are responsible for your use of the prize, including complying with any applicable terms and conditions of use. 

Events may occur that render the competition itself, or the awarding of the prize, impossible due to reasons beyond the control of ABTA. Accordingly, ABTA may, in its absolute discretion, vary or amend the prize draw and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to ABTA as a result.

To the extent permitted by law, ABTA expressly excludes:             
•    all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;
•    any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with this prize draw.

The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

Personal information
ABTA reserves the right to inform the winners of the prizes first and your entry confirms your consent to us making this announcement on our social media channels. We will keep your personal information in accordance with the data protection rules and our privacy notice here.
