The ABTA checklist will help you determine the type of information you should consider providing to your travel provider, as part of the booking process if you, or someone you’re travelling with, has reduced mobility, access requirements, a non-visible disability or neurodiversity. This checklist should be used in conjunction with our Accessible and assisted travel guide which has more detailed information to help with planning your travel arrangements.

The checklist is designed so that you can complete the information and then share the document with your travel provider as appropriate or can be printed off and used as an aide to assist you with your travel planning discussions.

The questions on the checklist aren’t intended to be intrusive and the information you provide will be treated confidentially and only used to check that the travel services you are choosing are right for you.
