A round-up of the Regional Business Meetings

This week saw the final session of our Spring Regional Business Meetings. Around 300 people from ABTA travel companies have attended the meetings, and it has been great for us to meet and hear from so many of you.

On the agenda for this round of meetings was the Package Travel Regulations and ATOL Standard Terms, as well as updates on the latest Brexit developments. Members also enjoyed hearing about ABTA’s new ‘sonic identity’ (audio branding) and radio advertising campaigns, as well as viewing our new animation about booking with a trusted travel expert. I know many of you are using this video in your own marketing and we encourage others to do so. More details on how to use our marketing materials can be found here.

Not only did Members hear from ABTA’s experts, they also helped to raise £700 for ABTA Lifeline – which is a fantastic fundraising effort for a really important cause, so thank you all.

Thanks also goes to our sponsors ANA, Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), hoppaGo and Qatar Airways whose support helped us to deliver the meetings.

As a reminder, the Regional Business Meetings are free to attend for all ABTA Members, the next round will run in the Autumn, look out for further updates.
