Sharing insight at Regional Meetings

This week saw the start of ABTA’s virtual Autumn Regional Business Meeting programme. While it is disappointing that we are unable to meet in person – we were delighted to see so many of you engage in this week’s events, and encourage as many of you as possible to register for future sessions.

During the meetings ABTA’s experts are providing updates on business-critical matters such as quarantine and the implications of changes in FCDO advice, and we are also sharing details of our latest lobbying activities including the Save Future Travel Coalition and chargebacks. There is also the opportunity to hear more about ABTA’s new travel insurance product – ABTA Travel Sure and the latest findings from ABTA’s brand health research.

Delegates also get to enjoy an informative and engaging discussion about how we work together as an industry to restore consumer confidence in travel. ABTA staff are joined by panellists from across ABTA Membership who give their own candid view on the topic. A big thank you to all of our panellists who took part this week and those due to take part in future meetings.

As usual we are doing 11 meetings – one for each region and nation. Next week we have the South West and North West meetings. If you are unable to attend the meeting for your region, you are more than welcome to sign-up for another region.
