Your legal obligations as a cruise provider or travel agent selling cruise

The vast majority of cruise holidays go to plan, and the experience meets or exceeds customers expectations.

But when things go wrong, from force majeure to itinerary changes, accidents and illness, you may receive a claim. Do your employees know what is required should a legal claim arise? Are you fully up to date on the cruise law and your liability as a cruise provider or agent?

We will be addressing these issues and more at our new Claims Handling in Cruise seminar at the Broadgate Tower in London on 4 July. The seminar will be run in partnership with our legal partner, Hill Dickinson and moderated by ABTA’s Susan Deer. We look forward to contributions from TUI, Cruise & Maritime Voyages and the marine insurer, West of England.

If you would like to hear more, you can register for the event on abta.com.
