ABTA Members voted to pass three resolutions at the Association’s Annual General Meeting held today at 30 Park Street. The first resolution confirmed the reappointment of ABTA’s auditors. The second allows Members when voting for the ABTA Chairman and Council of Regions representatives to do so online as well as by post. The third clarifies the wording of the Articles of Association concerning the holding of bonds by ABTA to reinforce the fact that the purpose of a bond is the protection of money paid for confirmed holiday arrangements.
