Monarch Airlines Ltd, who also traded as Monarch Airlines, was not a Member of ABTA nor held an ATOL with the Civil Aviation Authority.

If you booked your travel arrangements through a travel agent and not directly with Monarch Airlines Ltd, you should contact the travel agent in the first instance.  If you booked directly with Monarch Airlines Ltd using a credit or debit card you should be able to claim through your credit card company or bank.

To help you with your claim you can download a letter here to confirm that Monarch Airlines Ltd was not an ABTA Member, this may be required by your bank or credit card company when submitting your claim.
