Every year we conduct a Member Survey to help us understand what the most important ABTA services and support functions are for our Members and to ascertain how effectively they think these are being delivered.
This year’s survey is being sent by post and email to Membership contacts and is scheduled to arrive today – 1 November. A link to the survey will also be available on the Member Zone dashboard to anyone who works for a Member.
The survey should only take around ten minutes to complete and, as a bonus, everyone that completes it will be entered into a prize draw to win a Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine. The winner will be announced just before Christmas.
Understanding what Members think really matters to us and survey findings in previous years have resulted in our making changes and improvements to the services we provide.
