Member Survey 2016

Every year, we conduct a Member Survey to help us understand which of the services and support functions that we provide are the most important and relevant to you. It’s your chance to tell us what matters most to you and your organisation, and how effective you find the range of services that we provide. Your opinion really does matter to us, and survey findings in past years have resulted in us making changes and improvements to our services.

With this in mind, I’d ask and encourage you to complete our Member Survey which we have launched this week. We have emailed all Members (our main contact) with a unique link to the survey and we are also sending it out in the post so you have the option of completing it online or on paper. The survey will only take about 10 minutes of your time. As an added bonus, this year everyone who completes it will be entered into a prize draw to win a GoPro Hero Session – a small, durable and waterproof camera. We will announce the winner just before Christmas.

The deadline for completing the survey is Friday 9 December 2016. We look forward to hearing your views.
