Have your say in ABTA’s 2026 Member Survey

Each year, ABTA’s Member Survey provides a vital opportunity to hear directly from our members about what matters most to your business and how effectively we are supporting you.

The survey asks for your views on the different elements of ABTA membership over the past year – from our core member services and events programme to our Partner services and the strength of the ABTA brand. Your feedback helps us understand where we are delivering real value and where there may be opportunities to do more, or to do things differently, to better support you.

I would encourage all members to take part and to share honest and considered feedback.

Your unique survey link will be sent tomorrow, Friday 24 April 2026, to the main membership contact at your organisation, so please keep an eye out for it. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Your views genuinely matter to us. They play a crucial role in shaping ABTA’s priorities, informing improvements, and guiding how we focus our efforts on behalf of members in the year ahead.
