Further speakers announced for The Travel Convention

Further speakers announced today for the Our Industry sessions at this year’s Travel Convention, adding to the impressive and varied line-up of travel industry leaders, business and academic experts. There is just over a month to go until The Travel Convention in the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana on 21-23 September.

Delighting Millions, One at a Time Jo Causon, Chief Executive, Institute of Customer Service and Nathan Philpot, Sales and Marketing Director, Fred. Olsen Cruises, join Jeremy Ellis, Marketing & Digital Director, TUI and Gary Morrison, Senior Vice President and Head of Retail, Expedia for this session which will debate how far travel can and should go with customisation.

“A Silver Lining?” Martin Randall CEO of Martin Randall Travel will join Nikki White, ABTA Head of Destinations and Sustainability to discuss the opportunities and challenges presented by an  ageing population including destination choice, product differences and accessibility.

“The Agenda”  Bill Munro, Chairman,  Barrhead Travel,  Alistair Daly, Chief Marketing Officer, On the Beach, Ben Bouldin, Director of Sales , Royal Caribbean International, and Craig Stoehr, General Counsel, Thomas Cook Group will complete the Monday afternoon sessions reflects on the day’s programme and touching on  other topical issues.
