Debra Routledge new Travelife Sales and Marketing Executive

Debra Routledge, formerly at the Carbon Neutral Company, Red Letter Days and Inghams has joined ABTA to be the Sales and Marketing Executive for the Travelife Sustainability System and will be part of ABTA’s Destination Strategy and Services Team at World Travel Market.

For the first time, the Travelife Sustainability System will be an exhibitor at WTM, sharing a stand with ABTA at UKI 5500, and Debra will be working with Manager of the Travelife Chris Thompson all week at WTM, meeting hotels and suppliers who are interested in employing the auditing system and raising the profile of the auditing system.

The Travelife Sustainability System audits hotels and has introduced an award scheme to help people make more informed choices about their holidays. The top performers are accredited with a Gold, Silver or Bronze Travelife award. Tour operators supporting the scheme promote these achievements through brochures and websites, allowing the consumer to factor it into their travel plans.
