ABTA advises all travel businesses to be prepared for a crisis situation. From natural disasters, like the recent hurricanes affecting the Caribbean and the US, to single incidents affecting one or two customers in resort, a crisis can arise at any time, often when you least expect it.
To support you, we have organised two crisis management seminars taking place over the coming months. In Manchester we will run our Crisis Management in Travel seminar on 2 November. Our Advanced Crisis Management Seminar will take place in London on 6 December 2017.
Experts will be on hand to guide you through the plans, processes and procedures for responding to a crisis.
Delegates will also receive a free copy of ABTA’s Dealing with a Crisis or Emergency Situation guide which can be used as a resource within your business after the event.
