Advice for Cobalt Air customers

The airline Cobalt Air has suspended flights indefinitely. Flights will not be operating and customers should not go to the airport.

 

The options available to customers who are due to travel with the airline will depend on what they booked.

 

If you booked through a travel company you should contact them to discuss your options. If your flight is part of a package holiday it will be for the package organiser to sort out alternative arrangements. 

 

If you booked with the airline directly and paid by credit or debit card, you should contact your card provider. You should also contact your travel insurance provider to see if they provide any cover.
