GoCompare’s People’s Choice Awards were created to recognise those companies who have developed excellent financial products and household services, as well as achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.

The awards are impartial and independent – award winners are determined solely by the votes of the UK people.

This award highlights those companies who UK policyholders felt not only provided excellent perks, but who also offered truly valuable rewards.

3.    Customer Service: Excellent
This award recognises outstanding customer service from insurers. UK policyholders were asked to rate how quickly and effectively any issues or questions were resolved.

4.    Recommendation: Outstanding
This award reflects how happy UK consumers would be to recommend their insurance provider to their friends and family based on their overall experience
