ABTA re-launches ABTA.com

New site offers improved navigation and search

ABTA has re-launched abta.com to make it easier for ABTA Members and consumers to access the wealth of information and resources on the site.  The site has a new look and feel, clearer navigation and enhanced search capability, meaning that Members and consumers will be able to find what they are looking for within a few clicks.

The new site will make it much easier for Members to access the huge amount of information in the Member Zone, from guidance notes on business critical issues to operational updates, destinations information and all of the latest news and views from the Association. When users sign-in to the password protected area, they will have the ability to customise what they see to ensure they get the information most relevant to their business and areas of interest. Members will also be able to search ABTA’s Travel Industry Partners to access their exclusive offers and discounts, amongst other things.

In addition to improvements to the Member Zone, the new site features an expanded and improved consumer zone – Go Travel – to appeal more broadly to consumers, offering them travel tips before they go on holiday and when they are away, as well as advice on what they can do when they get home in the unlikely event something goes wrong with their holiday. Go Travel also highlights the benefits of booking with an ABTA Member, which complements our New Year “look for the logo” campaign.

Victoria Bacon, Head of Communications ABTA said: “Our website is one of the key contact points we have with our Members, and consumers so it’s very important that it enables us to provide news, information and services in a timely and user-friendly way. We’d encourage all Members to register and explore the new site to familiarise themselves with the information and resources available to them.”

ABTA Members will need to register on the new site in order to access the information in the Member Zone. Information on how to register.
