Will I get compensation if my flight is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. weather conditions)?

The fact that the disruption is being caused by an exceptional circumstance doesn’t affect the basic obligations of airlines and travel companies (see more questions on flights and cancellation).

However, it means that you aren’t entitled to additional compensation.
