I'm considering taking my holiday complaint to Arbitration, do I need legal representation?
You do not need to appoint a legal representative for the Arbitration process.
Arbitrators don’t expect claimants to have legal representation, although you may decide to at your own cost.
Please remember that your costs of any representative can’t be reclaimed, even if you win.
Top tip
Arbitration is less formal than court and you don't need the expense of instructing solicitors to act on your behalf. Arbitrators have many years of experience and understand that in most cases the claimant will not have any experience of the process.
