Complaint submitted to ABTA

Thank you for submitting your complaint to ABTA.

If you have not yet travelled, we will deal with your case as a priority and a member of our team will be in touch shortly. If you have already travelled, we will be in contact with you within the next 28 days.

Within the next hour, you will receive an email with your case reference and some important information about what we will need, to help your case run smoothly. We ask that you review this email carefully.

Following this, we will notify you of any further updates via email/text. To view the full update, we will require that you log onto your case by using the sign on button at the top of our homepage.

Please make sure you have uploaded your correspondences with the company and your booking invoice or ATOL certificate (if you have one).
