Strategic Partnership

ABTA recognises the expertise and knowledge that Partners have in their specialist sectors, and in some instances, ABTA is happy to collaborate with Partners to promote a new product, service or industry update that provides value to members.

Strategic Partners would have the opportunity to build advocacy within the travel industry by working with ABTA, and will have a platform to share insights, demonstrate thought leadership and share latest innovations.

ABTA can only offer a Strategic Partnership to one or two Partners each year and the option is only available to those in the Partner+ category.

Partners would join the Strategic Partnership category for a limited time to fulfil joint commitments. An annual agreement would be agreed upon, and the standard Partner+ fee revised based on the agreed Strategic Partnership fee. Strategic Partnerships will be reviewed annually.

A list of potential opportunities may include:

  • Close collaboration on a research project – published paper or joint research report, and promotion on ABTA channels (including e-shot to members, LinkedIn promotion etc).
  • Event partnership or speaking opportunities at ABTA’s conferences and seminars and co-presenting or co-branding opportunities.
  • Joint ABTA/Partner briefing or dinner.
  • Invitation to Chief Executives Roundtable/Dinner with ABTA’s Chief Executive, plus CEOs and MDs from key ABTA members.
  • Research and development projects.
  • Guest blog on abta.com.
  • ABTA guest lecture/lunch and learn.
  • Joint surveys to gain industry feedback from members.
