Next week a senior team from ABTA will be in Birmingham for the first in our Autumn round of Member regional meetings in which we visit locations throughout the UK giving you the opportunity to find out about the latest important industry developments impacting your business. Feedback from Members from the last round of meetings was excellent and we have a stimulating and informative agenda centring on the latest round of proposed changes to the ATOL scheme from Government, and how this will affect your business. We will also be focusing on how to best use and get the most out of social media. Digital and social media offer fantastic opportunities to improve your marketing and customer service, but there are risks too. In the meetings we will demystify the process, give examples of best practice and highlight the pitfalls, as well as sharing with you the best ways to get the most out of your membership with ABTA online. Refreshments are provided at every meeting and they are free for all ABTA Members.
