Details for the 2015 Travel Convention
Next Monday at 9am registration for The Travel Convention opens with a discounted Early Bird registration fee.
The Travel Convention is taking place this year on the 12-14 October at Costa Navarino in the region of Messinia on the Greek mainland. TheTravel Convention is ABTA’s and the industry’s flagship event, providing inspiration and guidance to attendees through thought provoking speeches and debates and networking opportunities with industry peers, journalists and experts. Costa Navarino is an extremely impressive resort with two 5-star deluxe hotels, state-of-the-art conference facilities, world-class spa centres, two signature golf courses as well as a range of other activities. For the duration of the Convention we shall have exclusive use of one of the hotels, the Westin Resort, with significantly discounted accommodation rates.There will be strong demand for rooms so I would advise that you book early to avoid disappointment. Special direct flights to Kalamata Airport, the closest airport to Costa Navarino, are being provided by Aegean Airlines which will make travel to the Convention much more straightforward and both economy and club class seats are available. I very much hope to see you there in October.
Separately, there is just over a week to go until the launch of the Big Charity Week (2-6 March) for ABTA’s charity Lifeline. Lifeline offers support to ABTA Members’ employees and their dependants in times of personal crisis.
