Building your organisation’s capability and talent with our wide-ranging events programme

Every year, ABTA offers a rich programme of conferences, seminars and training days to ensure that our members have the skills and tools needed to meet the challenges and opportunities facing you.

The events programme is designed for members based on your feedback on the training and insight needs of your staff and organisation.

The latest programme for 2023/24 sees the return of our popular flagship conferences like Travel Trends, Travel Finance and the Travel Law Seminar, which help members stay on top of important issues and developments in the sector and look to the future as you develop your business plans.

We have a new conference which will be exploring workforce issues. Tomorrow’s Talent in Travel, will cover the latest changes in travel education, potential skills gaps, future travel roles and how to approach recruitment and training, and is one of four new conferences this year.

We know how much ABTA members appreciate the access to expertise and insight on a whole variety of subjects through our in-depth training days. These will return in September and will address essential areas, such as sustainability, complaints handling, health and safety, social media and marketing, and extreme weather and natural disasters.

Our whole programme is available at a reduced rate for ABTA members and there are also discounts available for group bookings and those made by 31 August. More details here.
