This half-day workshop takes place the day after our Crisis Management in Travel Conference. You will receive a 20% discount when you book both events.

About the event

Travel businesses may be required to support customers and staff who are caught up in a range of incidents; from assaults and accidents to major incidents such as terrorist attacks and natural disasters.
