ABTA is delighted to announce that its 2018 Brexit Breakfast Briefing will take place on the morning of 20 March 2018. The event will be hosted by ABTA’s Partner, K & L Gates at One New Change in London and is free to attend for ABTA Members and Partners.

Following the announcement that the Brexit talks will move on to the next phase, ABTA’s timely event will examine what travel businesses can do to prepare for Britain’s exit from the European Union.

Many travel companies have already begun to look ahead to 2019. Key travel industry issues such as aviation access and visa free travel will now need to be addressed in the Brexit negotiations. A transitional agreement has been proposed, but the final outcome is unlikely to be known for some time. What are the possible scenarios and what will they mean for your 2019 business plans?

The session will be moderated by Alan Wardle, ABTA’s Director of Public Affairs. The agenda will include insights from ABTA’s Chief Executive, Mark Tanzer plus senior representatives from the Government, K & L Gates and the travel industry. Analyse the various scenarios for Brexit and understand the potential impacts on your business.

This event is free of charge for ABTA Members and Partners, however places are limited and pre-registration is essential. Non-members pay a fee to attend. The event will start at 08.30 and finish at 10.45 and refreshments will be provided.
