ABTA announces Alexander O’Neal as special guest performer at The Travel Convention

American R&B singer Alexander O’Neal has been revealed as The Travel Convention’s special guest performer. He will be flown in especially by Avis for the 2014 Travel Convention and will appear at the Convention Bar on Monday 22nd September, where delegates can look forward to some “Saturday Love” on a Monday night.

Born in Mississippi in 1953, Alexander O’Neal’s distinguished career has seen him perform as part of Prince’s backing band before going on to find fame as a solo artist with hits including “A Broken Heart Could Mend”, “If You Were Here Tonight”, “Criticize” and “Fake”.
