My flight time has changed from the time shown in the brochure, is there anything I can do?

Brochures are produced many months in advance. Flight times must therefore be seen as guidelines, which are subject to change as per your travel company’s terms and conditions.

Always bear in mind that your flights may change. There are also occasions when flights need to "be consolidated” which means that where two planes were flying to the same destination on the same day and have spare capacity, passengers are merged on to one flight. There are other occasions when flight times have to change as the airline was not successful in obtaining their “slot” (take off time).
