abta.com gets a makeover

ABTA’s public facing website and Member Zone has undergone a refresh.

The ABTA website is one of our most important tools to inform consumers and Members. It is increasingly popular with over 4 million page views in 2017, and almost 2.5 million views so far this year.

Yesterday we unveiled the latest refresh of abta.com, with the Member Zone now much more closely aligned with the look of the public facing site. The Member Zone has been fully revamped and now includes a much more intuitive and logical navigation structure.

As always, the Member Zone contains a wealth of information to help you run your business and keep up to date with the latest legislation, and you should now find it much easier to access the relevant guidance.

In the Member Zone you can find model documents, such as agency agreements and booking conditions, as well as guidance notes on a range of issues, from the Package Travel Regulations to VAT. You can also find the marketing toolkit, where you can download the ABTA logo for use in your advertising materials, and social media resources. All of the operational bulletins are in the Member Zone, along with information on health and safety and sustainability.

There are 'how to' guides available to help Members use the customer complaints tool and self-service section.

The first time you try and log into the new site, you will be required to reset your password. If you have any other queries please feel free to contact the Member and Partner information line membersinfo@abta.co.uk on 020 3117 0597.
