Important claims update for Monarch Holidays Limited customers

The CAA has been assisting Monarch Holiday Ltd customers by sending out ATOL claim forms to all those customer who had booked their holidays directly with Monarch Holidays Ltd. 
 
For all those customers that had booked their Monarch Holiday through a travel agent, those ATOL claim forms will be sent directly to the travel agent. 
 
For all those customers and travel agents that have yet to receive an ATOL claim form, unfortunately, due to a technical fault, there is a technical delay in the forms being sent out. 
 
The CAA are aware of the fault and are trying to fix it as soon as possible. It is hoped that the sending out of the ATOL claim forms will resume by the end of the week.
