I'm considering taking my holiday complaint to Arbitration, how does the process work?

The Arbitration process is based on documented evidence.

The case is conducted using documents only. The Arbitrator makes an award based on the documents and evidence submitted by the parties in dispute.

It's in the interests of each party to state its case clearly and to produce all relevant supporting documents.
