Here at ABTA – we uphold a strict zero tolerance policy

We will not tolerate threatening, abusive or violent behaviour or language (including raising of the voice, swearing, shouting & hate speech) which causes employees to feel uncomfortable, intimidated or threatened, whether verbally or in writing from any customer towards our staff or on your registered case.

We reserve the right under these circumstances to either terminate our communication with you/close your case on our portal.

This is to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all individuals within the organisation.

Any individual found to engage in these breaches, will no longer be communicated with under any circumstances.

ABTA reserves the right to cease all verbal or written correspondence with anyone found to be in breach of this policy.
