Thomas Cook Airlines Limited was not a Member of ABTA and did not hold an ATOL licence with the CAA.
If you booked flights through Thomas Cook Airlines Limited, there is no financial protection in place for those sales.
If you booked those flights through a travel agent you should contact your travel agent for further advice and assistance.
If you booked directly with Thomas Cook Airlines Limited with a credit or debit card you may be able to make a claim with your card issuer and should contact them for advice.
