TCCT Retail Limited sold other tour operators package holidays, they also sold flight packages under their own ATOL licence and non-flight packages protected by ABTA.
Please Note: where the tour operator is Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited, please refer to the information page regarding that company.
Bookings through TCCT Retail Limited with another tour operator
If you booked a package holiday through TCCT Retail Limited and the booking is with another tour operator (who is not Thomas Cook), you will need to contact the tour operator named on your paperwork or ATOL Certificate (listed on your ATOL certificate under “Who is protecting your trip”). Your tour operator should be able to confirm that your booking will proceed as normal.
Bookings which are flight-based packages from TCCT Retail Limited
If you booked a package holiday which included flights through TCCT Retail and your ATOL Certificate states “Who is Protecting your trip – TCCT Retail Ltd – ATOL 10585”, then you will need to contact the CAA as your booking is protected by ATOL.
Your ATOL Certificate will say ’Package Sale’ in the bottom right hand corner.
For customers currently on holiday with a flight package
If you are currently on holiday on a flight based package and require assistance, you should contact the CAA.

Bookings for non-flight packages
If you booked a package holiday through TCCT Retail Limited which does not include a flight, you are protected by ABTA.
If you paid TCCT Retail Limited directly using a debit or credit card you will need to submit your claim for a refund to your card issuer.
To help you in making your claim you will need to download a letter. For credit cards click here, for debit cards click here.
Customers are advised that they should only download a letter and submit a claim to their card issuer where they have followed all other advice on this site. If you submit a claim when our advice is not to do so, this may lead to a delay in your claim being processed.
If you paid TCCT Retail Limited by any other method, you will need to submit a claim for a refund to ABTA by clicking here, you will need to have your paperwork when submitting your claim.
For customers currently on holiday only
Customers currently on holiday on packages that do not include a flight or where you have booked accommodation only, should continue your holiday as normal. If you do require assistance please contact ABTA on 0330 135 9870.
