Den Ashby speaks to Diana Missoni, Code of Conduct Manager about ABTA’s Code of Conduct, how it works and who makes the rules.
ABTA Members can find the Code of Conduct and also the Guidance on how to follow the Code on the ABTA Member zone. The guidance aims to provide a better understanding of the requirements of the Code and how to apply it. In a nutshell, the Code gives the basic obligations, and the Guidance adds the details.
