Is it cheaper to take my dispute to Arbitration than go to court?

Arbitration can be cheaper but you will need to you to weigh up the cost of both options. 
You'll also need to consider whether you require legal assistance if you proceed to court. You do not need legal assistance to proceed through Arbitration.
