If I take my complaint to arbitration and I’m not successful, what will I lose?

If you lose or you're awarded less than was previously offered to you by your travel company, you will be ordered to pay an amount which is equal to your registration fee – but no more than that.

Ensure you are aware of your legal responsibilities before entering into arbitration.

Remember, if you lose you will be ordered to pay towards the costs of the ABTA Member.
