Can I take my complaint against my travel company straight to Arbitration?
If you want to use the ABTA Arbitration scheme, you must follow the full dispute process. This requires you to write to your travel company outlining your complaint and await a response within 28 days. If you are not satisfied you can then register with ABTA.
You'll have to submit written documentation through the Arbitration process, so you will need to keep hold of all of your correspondence with your travel company.
Remember
Arbitration is based on written documentation and evidence.
