past event

Event details

In the competitive travel market, brand loyalty is crucial. Your brand is central to everything you do. ABTA's one-day essential course will guide you through the basics of marketing, looking at what goes into a travel brand and why it is central to your business.

How do you choose the right marketing channels for your brand? How do you create engaging marketing campaigns? And how do you make the most of your marketing budget, large or small?

The course will be delivered by James Massey, an experienced trainer and marketing consultant who has worked with brands such as TUI, BA, Monarch and easyJet and the Institute of Marketing. Via interactive sessions and practical workshops, this seminar will help you to review your current marketing strategies and look at how marketing practices have changed since GDPR.
