Opportunity to work in a leading Turkey and Greece specialist 

Location: New Malden Surrey
Goldtrail Holidays has a number of positions available full time contracts . These positions are for people with excellent Customer Service and/or Sales skills to join Goldtrail Holidays , the leading independent tour operator to Turkey and Greece. The ideal candidate will have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills with a strong sales amd customer service focus. With this position, you will be responsible for dealing with travel agents and direct customers pre departure admin queries, sales (selling package holidays), and some customer complaints in line with the company’s procedures and guidelines. Essentially, we require a professional individual who can demonstrate the ability to communicate both with oral and written words. Ideally with a travel background (although not essential as full training given) in administration, sales, or customer service. Please send your CV to the email address below

Salary is £13000 per annum., plus 2x £1000 6 monthly bonus and OTE

Full time employment initailly based on a 6 month probation period

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE POSITIONS INVOLVE SHIFTS AND SOME WEEKEND WORK SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT TRAVELLING TO NEW MALDEN IS NOT AN ISSUE
