What are ABTA’s staffing requirements for the sale of travel insurance?
ABTA doesn’t have any staffing requirements, but the sale of travel insurance is strictly regulated by law. This law is overseen and administered by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). We can give you guidance, once you’ve become a Member.
