As part of our series of crisis management events, we've developed a training workshop with the Centre for Crisis Psychology (CCP).  This one-day event is being held on Thursday 25 September and is limited to just 16 delegates. The day is designed to inform and prepare those staff who'll offer support and information to customers, to their relatives or friends, and to colleagues immediately after a critical incident, and over the following days and weeks. If this support isn't offered promptly and in the correct manner, it can lead to damaging anger and resentment directed at your organisation.
