As part of our series of Crisis Management events, we've developed a training workshop with The Centre for Crisis Psychology (CCP). This one-day workshop is being held on Wednesday 4 June and is limited to just 16 delegates. The day is designed to inform and prepare those staff who will offer support and information to customers, their relatives or friends, and colleagues immediately after a critical incident, and over the following days and weeks. If this support is not offered promptly and in the correct manner it can lead to damaging anger and resentment directed at your organisation.
